{"id":15,"date":"2026-05-03T23:44:07","date_gmt":"2026-05-04T03:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sundorn.ca\/greyhound\/?page_id=15"},"modified":"2026-05-11T21:03:31","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T01:03:31","slug":"welcome","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gpa-md.com\/","title":{"rendered":"Welcome"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Welcome to the Greyhound Pet Adoption Maryland, Inc. homepage.&nbsp; Our group adopts in Maryland, Washington DC and Pennsylvania.&nbsp; We are expanding areas of adoption to other states within reasonable distance.&nbsp; Applications will be considered in other areas on a case-by-case basis. &nbsp;To your right is our menu for easy navigation around our site where you can learn more about GPAMD, Inc., who we are, what we do, and how you can adopt a greyhound!<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdfallhomeandgarden.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">HOW YOU CAN HELP<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Our adoption fee covers only a small portion of expenses for vetting, transportation and care for greyhounds right off the track.&nbsp; We also accept greyhounds&nbsp;found in shelters and those from families no longer able to keep them, many are older with special needs.&nbsp; Donations are greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foster homes are always needed.&nbsp; If you are in a position to foster, please let us know.&nbsp; We can provide a crate and&nbsp;any needed supplies.&nbsp;A&nbsp;volunteer will always be available.
